In questo mio blog vi descriverò, ogni volta che mi sarà possibile e in poche ma semplicissime mosse, documentate fotograficamente, una nuova e sfiziosa ricetta, così che possiate comporre, settimana dopo settimana, a vostra discrezione e secondo le varie occasioni, menù completi e di gusto giovane ed internazionale. Utilizzerò tutto ciò che serve per velocizzare la preparazione dei piatti e garantirne la massima resa in un così breve tempo: paste, salse e sughi pronti, cibi surgelati, metodi di cottura rapidi (ma saranno indicati anche quelli tradizionali).

Le dosi degli ingredienti saranno indicate in "cucchiai", "cucchiaini", "tazze", unità o sue parti (es.: un quarto, mezzo limone, ecc..) - perché, questo è certo: chi ha fretta non ha davvero tempo di tirar fuori dosatori o bilance! - e si riferiranno alla singola porzione. A voi il compito di moltiplicare le stesse per il numero dei vostri invitati!

E allora...seguitemi in cucina! Ma state al passo, mi raccomando, perché qui si va sempre di fretta!
